My style and approach to patient care is collaborative and strengths-based focused. I have extensive experience in working with diverse patient populations, and individuals in high pressure work and school environments. I provide collaborative care and work with psychiatrists, other medical providers, teachers, and administrators to assure the best possible care is provided for my patients.

Through the use of evidence-based interventions, the goal of therapy is to instill hope, increase insight and provide you with effective tools to live a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life.
